Every Veranoir rug is handmade to order. Please allow 2–3 weeks for your rug to be carefully handcrafted and prepared for dispatch.

We offer free express worldwide shipping on orders. After dispatch, estimated delivery is within 10–15 days, depending on the destination and local courier operations.
Dispatch and tracking
We will share your tracking details once your order has been dispatched. You can use the tracking information to follow your shipment while it is in transit.
